SHIPPING and RETURNS POLICY
Please read our Shipping and Returns Policy prior to order our products.
All orders of products that are in stock are usually shipped out the next business day. Other products that are not in stock will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order. Special orders will be shipped out as per notifications to each customer.
Free Shipping for all purchases with USPS First Class Mail (US Domestic addresses).
For expedited shipping, please make a separate order using this link FedEx. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on rates and delivery times.
Additional Shipping costs may be applied to the International Shipping of products that do not fit in a regular 9″x12″ flat envelope and weight more than 0.5 lbs (225 grams).

We want to give you assurance for your purchases. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, exchange for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note that during this time, returns and exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED for OPENED and/or USED PRODUCTS. This is due to hygiene reasons and to protect our staff from the spread of CoVid-19. That means that we are only accepting returns on orders that have manufacturer defects, that have not been opened or used yet, or if you did not receive your correct order.
That being said, we want you to be happy and safe. So email us even if you already opened your orders but have any problems or concerns and we will do our best to solve them.
Returns are usually processed in one week once we receive the returned item. Refunds are generally issued in one to two weeks to your original payment method.
Now if you would like to continue to return a product and/or request a refund, please take the following steps:
1. First, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond to you as soon as we can.
2. Then, once it’s been approved, please ship your order to our address below.

3. Once we receive your return order, we will process your refund in one to two weeks (allowing time for your payment processor to credit the funds back to your account).
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be unopened and returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
We guarantee the workmanship and quality of our products. We will accept returns due to manufacturing defects.
We have the right to update, change, delete, or take any actions regarding our Shipping and Return Policy at any time.
